I didn't even bother to read it. They are seeking forgiveness from fans and other networks, who, these days, refer to them as the National Enquirer of sports news. They want to be respected again and I will never respect the corrupt media after this deflategate BS, ever again. Even if I could let the false report of 11 of 12 go, I can't get over the seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks and months that ESPN, and other "news" networks, wasted trying to tarnish Brady's legacy and reputation as the GOAT, using hasbeens, neverwases, bitter losers and journalists willing to do anything to get a full-time job to put their slant on a BIG "news story." I'm not even going to sit here and act like ESPN was the only network pulling this BS, because most of the networks were guilty of it. They were spewing their BS and hatred, while brainwashing the public with half-truths and one-sided biased opinions, especially when the Wells-Report came out. None of these "journalists" from any reputable paper or network took the time to read the report. They read the opening paragraph and the conclusion, and therefore went along brainwashing the republic that Brady was "more probable than not" guilty of deflating balls. The media, not just ESPN, and not only sports media, but all kinds of media went out of their way to highlight text messages from the ball boys, in order to validate their reports. 11 of 12 was completely irrelevant at that point. The ones who were defending Brady had smaller platforms, they were just bloggers, or radio guys with a smaller audience, most likely limited to the New England area, because not one person defended Brady on my local stations. I'll give the Washington Post their props though. I'm not sure if they defended Brady because they believed in journalistic integrity or if they did it to get some exclusive scoop from Brady and his agent. Who knows.
But I could care less about the media now. I don't even trust them at this point. Everybody has an agenda. No-one will ever know the truth, because it's what's best for business. They all deserve to burn and be replaced with ambitious losers who got rich overnight blogging about the latest happenings. They lack integrity too, but their crap is no different than the BS, I've seen in the media these days. Hopefully, the news will go back to reporting the news and not the opinions of people with clear agendas. I guess in a land where man worships the mighty dollar, that just ain't gonna be possible. Sad.
