we live in a world of hypocrites and cheese ****s.

These same people probably call out manziel and newton for ****. Hey look in the mirror.

Golic and Adnan Virk ripping the Mannings on Mike and Mike right now. Never thought I'd see the day.

Just listening to this now. Adnan(Score alum) and Golic really going in.

Was Virk on the Providence SCORE?

Lol, nah. It was a sports channel in TO. Eventually got bought by Rogers, and on air talent raided by TSN and Rogers, before Rogers bought it. But so much talent came from that channel. 98 to about 04, no 24 hour sport channel was better.

Mike McCann had Brady's back.

So now ESPN has McCann on. Ugh.

Nice of of Mike to sneak in a Brady defence.

He did, and he was also certainly more than fair with Manning.

Really fair to Manning. Frankly, he was pretty good. Pretty much just the facts as he knows them, and how the law applies.

I'm satisfied with that. Too bad the network and the league it bends over for isn't.

McCann is a class act all the way, in my opinion. Absolute straight shooter. I've never seen anyone who's credible rip him. Of course, Shank has ripped him indirectly, but his opinion doesn't count. As in, he's not credible.

I saw that. I was stunned. Practically read straight from the court documents and included Archie's name in the conversation.

I guess Peyton turned down the ESPN analyst gig.

This just in... ESPN sucks.

that is all.

Nah! NO WAY! You Don't Say! A BSPN cover up?
There will be a Mediot out there lookin to make a shame I mean name for him/her self in this world of 'Sensational Jounalism' (and I use word 'journalism' very loosly) that will get to bottom of PM and expose him and there will be an outlet out there Screaming Loud enough to be heard on this (Ratings). Have to think that Second Court of Appeals is looking at this from a distance seeing how Judge Berman nailed his decision about Goodell* NFL Goons* and exonerated Brady (for time being) and how they are going about investigation Of Brady and Manning. Remember, Integrity.

Thread title should be altered lol... I'm so sorry I missed it. I will have to listen to the podcast or something later. Way to go Golic & Virk! Bringing in McCann is pretty sweet too. I actually respect those guys today...

I do think though, that "Mike & Mike" is one of the very few programs that has the pull in that network to go "off-script" from the corporate plan. I've seen them kind of go their own way against the grain a few times over the years. But still, this sounds like it was planned out.

They really dug into it. I'm a little suspicious. Stephen A was just on and added to the anti-manning angle. I think ESPN was given the heads up that something was coming.

what I want to see, Tony, is Manning come out and apologize for that national press conference he did feigning outrage and anger at what has been the truth all along. I'm probably not going to see this in my lifetime however..:(

Yeah, I feel like I just had a light bulb come on... Shaun King was just saying yesterday that he has discovered what the "deep & ugly" act by Peyton was in 2004 that his counsel forced to be redacted from the court documents, and that he believes he will be able to release it soon. If ESPN has suddenly done an about-face and is slamming Manning, my gut is telling me that they've learned this is the truth and that Manning is about to look even worse and they need to get on the right side of the story fast before it hits.

I feel like this is Christmas in February, guys!
