semi-serious : boycott papa johns

Between Donald Trump and Peyton Manning, our boy Brady has some regrettable friends.

Either way, these are court documents. Who gives a **** about credibility of the person posting them?

This story would have more merit if it wasn't written by a white guy that constantly lies about being black.
I'm not defending PM just saying a lot of people will discredit the story based on who wrote it

Someone on Twitter please send this to Steven A Smith & Rob Parker.

Those are the best two I can think of who may jump on it, just for the fact they wanted to blame a black guy

I will say this..if DEnver lost in the SB..i don't think we hear much about this or HGH (really not hearing much about HGH and probably won't)

But since DEN won...more and more will come out i feel. So maybe a good thing he won?

I'm saying Florio is trying to put Peyton in a bit more of a positive light by saying the court documents were biased, but did not do the same for Brady when he was slammed by equally biased court documents.
I completely understand your point. Florio is using a double standard if you compare his take on this incident with his initial take on the Wells report. Pretty clear to me.

In Florio's defense, the NYDN report is the alleged victim's brief whereas the Wells report, when it was released, was thought to be an independent finding. Only later on did we learn the truth about Wells, that it wasn't independent.

Florio was tremendously critical of the NFL's statements and documents, including the Wells Report, during the deflategate idiocy. It would be tough to think of a more prominent national reporter or commentator that was a better ally to our cause than Florio.

Also, he is being responsible when he informs the reader: "Here is the 74 page document. Keep in mind that this was filed by plaintiff's counsel and is not a court's judgment or finding of fact, so take that for what it is worth."

(I am not saying it isn't true, I am just saying that plaintiff's counsel is, by definition, a biased party)
Florio was definitely critical of the NFL but I don't recall him being overly critical of the Wells Report's lack of transparency... However if I'm wrong then I'm sorry for painting him in the wrong light. Maybe I am misinterpreting the tone of his article here.

But the other side paid hush money, that's all I need to know from there angle... which gives me a more probable than not result
