Gonna be a couple rich cops

I bet that Roger will suspend McCoy for just enough games so that he can return for the Bills-Patriots game, whenever that might be.
However many games McCoy is suspended for, you can bet the house that both Jets-Bills games will be played within that timeframe, and neither Pats-Bills game will be played within that timeframe.

I could expand on this based on my days waiting tables in college, but that would take this conversation to the political forum.

Anyway, if he's charged, a suspension from this clown of a commissioner will be the last thing he should worry about. A prison stay may be in order.

Seems that Shady is just a all-around bad human being.

suspended? dude is going to be in jail.

I caught up with Roger himself and asked him what displine LeSean McCoy could face.

“My first obligation, as you know, is to uphold the integrity of the game. That’s to uphold the rules of the game and make sure all 32 teams are operating under the same rules, all players are operating under the same rules, and you do that on a consistent basis. I have great admiration for LeSean. I know him personally. But, the ingerity of the game is at stake and when we have an integrity of the game issue, that's something that concerns me as a keeper of the integrity. Of the game. The integrity of the game that is. And that's an issue and something we face on a day to day basis."

Hope this clears things up.

Um...if he fractured a cop's skull...in Philadelphia no less...the length of his suspension will not be his biggest problem by a long shot.

Maybe. Maybe not.

Depends on the charge (felony aggravated assault would not be good for him), and whether or not the DA will consider the possibility of a plea arrangement. Either way, I'm guessing that you're correct and that he does do some type of jail stint, but there's a lot of gray area to that.

Supposedly hospitalized them..

bills player gonna bills player, rex player gonna rex player

"yeah,well...at least he isn't a cry baby like Brady! Can't stand that arrogant cheater!" :D

Gotta be a year long suspension.

You can't talk about integrity 5 trillion times and not act out on it.

Complications ?
"A high-ranking Philadelphia police official told me yesterday 'this entire thing is a disgrace and a mockery'," ESPN's Mark Schwartz said during an appearance on SportsCenter Friday. "'A lot of people are disgusted. I think the DA is frightened and wants this to just go away. I've been on this for a long time and I've never seen anything so botched up. It's obvious an assault occured. Who or how it started is irrelevant.'"

Schwartz went on to explain that no charges were imminent against McCoy stemming from the incident, which reinforces a CSNPhilly report Thursday.

According to CSNPhilly's John Gonzalez, citing law enforcement sources, the District Attorney's office has concerns "about the conduct of the officers that evening, including that the officers did not call 9-1-1 during the incident and whether they were drinking to excess."

Police Union Head John McNesby expressed his frustration over the D.A.'s office's handling of this case to Schwartz.
