Roger Goodell's punishment for the Browns is in: the Patriots forfeit their 2017 and 2018 first round picks and Belichick is forced to become Browns head coach again.

Manziel comes from a wealthy family. I doubt he even cares about playing football. The only thing he cares about is partying and his celebrity status. Now that he's achieved the latter, football doesn't mean anything.
