Who cares what the media says - I guarantee you that Brady doesn't. It took two mannings to accomplish what one Brady did, end of story. If some dumb tv personality that has never played a down in his life wants to crown Peyton, then great, he's not bright and you should be watching something else anyway.

Manning is right up there with John Elway in the argument for the greatest ever. neither of them are near the top after people step back a year or two.

He won two Super Bowls on the back on two stout defenses and did nothing noteworthy in either game. He lost two others, one in the worst blowout of all-time and the other where he threw a game sealing pick-6.

Listen, the guy deserves his props, he's clearly one of the greatest of all-time, but he's not better than Montana and Brady. It's not really up for debate. Not sure how anyone can make that argument.

Brady will get another anyway and an argument that's already over give those in this thread insecure about what others say a reason to.jump for joy when those articles are written

Manning's career is over and Brady still has a ways to go and he's already well ahead of him. It's no longer an issue imo.

what if peyton comes back to denver for one more season? they might be able to carry his old ass to another SB with that defense and homefield..

(A) legitimate case that he is Greatest of All Time, oldest quarterback to win a Super Bowl, first quarterback to win Super Bowls with two different franchises.

That is some interesting trivia, but I am unclear on how that makes Manning the GOAT.

Manning (13-for-23 passing, 141 yards with one interception, one lost fumble) looked 29 early in the first quarter and 39 for most of the rest of the game.

Well that's a compelling argument.

And Old Man Manning, hanging on for dear life, was playing not to lose, handed off three straight times

Now I'm convinced.

Manning, 2-for-7 for 15 yards in the second quarter

That seals it!

Ealy dropped into coverage and undercut Manning’s errant throw for Sanders for a one-handed interception, a terrible throw and terrible decision.

Thank you, just in case there was any doubt.

And this is a column written with the idea that Manning IS the Greatest Of All Time??!! LOL....
