Carolina 12 penalties for 102 yards

Denver?...well it seems you can just grab a receiver in the open field five yards before the pass is there and continue to hold him with both hands and pull him away from the ball before it gets there...THAT is not a penalty...no way...a penalty is the one where Manning throws the ball 15 feet OVER the WR in the EZ and the ref throws the flag to ICE THE GAME...let's see, am I about done with this dog and pony show the NFL has become?....think THIS one is the proverbial straw. Just all around horrible, shameful display by the NFL...utter shamelessness. ...and they planned this way back during PRESEASON...as soon as we saw Blakeman announced we all KNEW...they bagged this game from the get.

There ABSOLUTELY were VERY QUESTIONABLE calls that helped keep Carolina out of the game.
