Even if Denver does win I am not sure the pats could beat the Panthers. Pats dont have the pass rush that Denver has.

You are so right here....Carolina is a very shaky team that is not nearly as good as their record indicates.....kind of like Denver! Carolina's team just doesn't have the playmakers or sack to win the big one!!!
