I'm pretty certain that the Broncos will win, not because they are the better team, but for the following reasons.

1. REFS
2. NFL wants Peyton to go out on top.
3. Carolina will make a dumb mistake like every team has done against the Broncos including the Pats.
4. Broncos D is pretty legit and will create problems for Cam.
