I would've asked what constitutes a team violation and what constitutes a single player violation? And considering Tom Brady was the only player "implicated" why was the team docked a 1st rd pick? Why haven't other teams been docked for draft picks when their players have been caught "cheating" (e.g. taking drugs etc..)
