Nothing will happen. I hope **** hits the fan, but it's Forehead NFL royalty.

PFT's story is by MDS.
I have stopped reading stuff by Michael David Smith. He is not original, all he does is goes around and look for stories about people accusing the Patriots of cheating and doubling down on it.
If this was about the Patriots, it will be a different story line. He will go as far as to suggest that these PIs were probably responsible for the retraction statement that showed Sly was under duress.
Stories are all about who writes them and how they feel about you. We have more enemies in the media than most.

OK so they were sent to his house. I obviously don't think they were for his wife.

But let's say they were for his wife. Doesn't he sit down with the Colts back then (or Broncos when he signs with them, or Bill Polian, or someone he trusts) and say "Hey just so you guys know, my wife is getting HGH for a medical condition, and they are being shipped to my house. I know this could be misconstrued so I want to be up front with you guys. Please don't tell anyone about it."

Then whoever he told could come out now and say "yeah we were aware of the HGH, it was for his wife." We wouldn't even be talking about this.

No, instead he was super shady about it back then, and still is, and it's obviously because he took HGH, which is against the rules (and I don't really care that he cheated but am mostly upset about the difference in the media coverage between him and Brady).
What are you talking about? It is his wife, he has no connection with her, she is just his wife. See what I did there? He does not know any thing she takes or does not take with any body parts.
He just stays with him and not live with him. What his wife does has nothing to do with him.
Now, what she does is her business and protected by her medical privacy.

Meanwhile, Peyton has more allies in the media than most:

Back when Al-Jazeera's HGH story first broke, Jim Nantz in an interview that he would not even mention it during a game broadcast, that it was a non-story.

Just last week, Peter King's MMQB site ran a story about how it will be difficult to see any incriminating evidence will come from an investigation unless higher authorities get involved. While King didn't write the article, he described researching the story as "a rabbit hole that likely won’t yield any rabbits." Somehow, the Washington Post was able to find some rabbits.

It's more probably than not, that PEDyton's guys bought his recantment, much the same way the Mannings bought the silence of the girl he tea bagged in college.

Everyday, the NFL looks worse and worse in light of the framing of Brady and the head in the sand over Manning's PED use. You really have to ask yourself, why would the NFL, choose to trash the reputation of its greatest QB evah, while at the same time, ignoring the PED use of Manning.

He's Bernie Madoff's spirit brother.

In all seriousness this is explosive. That being said, I see nothing on PFT, nothing on any of the Pats reporters Twitter feeds or Bleacher Report. Why is that? I don't have Twitter but how this hasn't been picked up yet....is....curious.
NFL owns the media. Not surprising at all.

Hope someone drops a truthful bombshell Sunday am.

Manning could personally walk into Al Jazeera studios, gun everyone down, and the mainstream media would just shrug its shoulders.
The problem is that 90% of Americans think that ISIS runs Al Jazeera and Horsehead would be branded a hero

Will someone ask goodell about this tomorrow?

It wouldn't matter if anyone asked him. He'd just babble nonsense for a while without answering the question

Mr Commissioner, will the NFL look into the recent stories of HGH being shipped to Peyton Manning's house?

Well Mike, as you know, we just want to do whatever is necessary to uphold the integrity of the game. The integrity of the game is what is of the upmost importance to us. Regarding any stories in the media that have come out recently about any players or anyone else connected to the league, all I can say is that we want to ensure that the integrity of the game is upheld. Next question.

I bet he stands in front of the mirror and practices it.

Nothing will come out of this , the league will do everything in its power to keep the Manning name clean.

Bottom line: no one, including the Mannings, disputes that HGH was ordered, shipped and received by the Mannings. Seemingly, the only question remaining is whether to believe that it was ordered for Ashley's use or Peyton's use. The question of Al Jazeera as a reliable news source now seems to be a moot point. Given the timeline in this episode, Peyton Manning's health at the time and his other-worldly performance the year after the receipt of the HGH, it seems to come down to whom one chooses to believe. Given the circumstantial evidence, it clearly seems to me that it's "more probable than not that Peytie done did the peyote..."

I think it's pretty clear he did it with the intent to undermine the integrity of the game. How do the Bears know he wasn't doing it then? They don't know, and they shouldn't have to wonder.

I know this is nothing new to say, but if this story was that Tom Brady....or better still....Bill Belichick had sent men to a witness' house...men who lied about being police...men who were so threatening that the family called 911...

The world would stop. If the Patriots were in the Super Bowl, not only would this dominate sports coverage, it would dominate all news coverage. It's unimaginable.

I know everyone reading this knows that. But it's again just mind-boggling the way things are with the Pats and the public and news. I've never seen anything like it.

Honestly, I never even heard of Al Jazeera before this story. I thought it was a person.

I guess it might depend on how old you are to follow my point.

For those of us who are in our 40s and older, when the first and second Gulf Wars were going on and 9/11 happened, we would hear, "Al-Jazeera is reporting......"and it was almost always some propaganda-laced crap peddled to them by Al-Qaeda or Saddam Hussein's puppets when in fact all they were doing was reporting what was fed to them. The fact is that in other countries Al-Jazeera was one of the most watched and respected news sources in the world.

I think because of the past, Al-Jazeera (unfortunately) was/is considered amateur-grade, mouthpiece journalism in this country with very little credibility.

I wish they sold the story to CNN or the New York Times.....
