Apparently there's a 911 call recording proving this story....hard for Peyton to explain this one. Luckily nobody will question him.

This just got a whole lot more interesting. Yeah sure, there is nothing suspicious or shady about sending two private investigators to pay a surprise visit to the guy's parents and sister. Is this really the actions of an innocent person? People say Brady looked guilty in his press conference a year ago because he seemed confused and unsure of what happened. I would argue that's the behavior of an innocent person. What Manning and his team did... not so much.

Good for the Washington Post to dig into this. Overall, they treated deflategate objectively and they are doing the same here as journalists are supposed to do.

As expected, there was a reason Sly suddenly recanted everything, and it leads back to Peyton. Surprise!

How much really bad-looking evidence needs to pile up against Peyton before the media actually begins asking questions and wondering "golly, maybe he really DID cheat! Is it remotely possible?!" In my personal opinion, it is more probable than not.

Even if he didn't do HGH, he must have done something. Is it possible he was just doing HGH to re-fill his forehead back to the usual amount after the refs took some air out of it?

Peyton said he didn't do it so he didn't do it, why are people questioning this?

Would be interesting to match up the dates and see when Sly recanted his words.

From the article:

The lawyer who visited the Guyer Institute did not remove any records, Fleischer said, and Manning’s investigators in no way influenced or coerced Sly into issuing his recanting statement, which he recorded Dec. 24, the day after they had questioned him.

So, the investigators originally show up at Sly's parent's house on December 22nd. They return on the 23rd to speak to Charlie Sly. Sly recants his statements on the 24th. I'm sure that's all just a coincidence though

Just saw this part in the article. Wtf. He recants the very next day after they "question" him, but they say they did not influence him in any way. Seriously?

The worst part is, no one will question this because they're too busy having a tea party deep in Manning's rectum.

I really hope the Panthers win and comment with "Well the Broncos do have a history...." when questioned about this after the game.

Just gotta say, Peyton may have hired two goons to lie about being cops and intimidate a witness, and influence him to recant his story, and Peyton also may have sent his team to rifle through Guyer Institute's medical records, but really none of that is a big deal.

What's REALLY incriminating is when you accidentally break your phone but still supply records for all your texts, calls and emails, or when you have a brief phone conversation with your equipment manager the day after you both get accused of a massive cheating scandal. OR having bad body language in a press conference. Now THAT is damning.

Seems like something Ted wells should be paid 10 mill to determine what is more likely than not

I bet they destroyed the records too...hopefully they can be recovered. The feds need to get involved.

Peyton said he didn't do it so he didn't do it, why are people questioning this?
I saw earlier that Mike & Mike had Archie on, asking him about it. Archie was all like "oh yeah well he told me he didn't do it and I believe him."

Yeah NO ****? Oh, stop the press guys, Archie Manning thinks his friggin' kid is innocent, no further research necessary. Story over.

They also sent a lawyer to the guyer institute to review the records. Why would you do that if you have nothing to hide?
But they said they didn't take anything so of course they didn't. After all guyer wouldn't let them take something that shows he illegally shipped hgh

Yeah, really. Who's to say Team Manning and Guyer didn't both get together over the incriminating evidence and have a shredding party? Manning gets away with it and Guyer doesn't get incriminated in selling HGH again. It's in both their best interests for that information to disappear.
