I dont give a **** if your post is well received by some people here. It is still completely condescending. And you just continue to show that arrogance and disregard for other football teams. You are aware that even the Titans have tons of talent on their team and are coached by professionals. There is no gimme in this league.
But, yes, please by all means continue blaming the coaching for muffed punts, missed punt blocking assignments, missed FGs/XPs or brainfart thrown interceptions by supposedly the best QB of all time. Why would we hold the athletes responsible for their ****ups if it is easier to just point the finger at coaching.
For some reason we don't hear anything about Chung dropping an easy, easy INT when DT punched the ball into his hands on Denver's final drive at the end of the game, even though it would have won us the game in November.
Also if you wanna claim things then at very least research them properly. Harper was fielding punt returns for the majority of the first Denver game. Chung was just used on a single one. If you don't believe me go check the play by play or game tape.
Similarly, we don't hear much about a dropped INT Ninkovich had at the end of the
@Jets game when Fitzpatrick's pass hit his helmet and went upwards around the Jets 30 yd line. But lets blame deferring because apparently thats why we lost the game. Not because we could not move the ball all day on offense. Not because Tavon Wilson ran directly into a pick play on his first snap in OT and lost the player he was supposed to be covering. No, it was specifically because we deferred.
I am getting so tired of this selective blame game mostly because it is LAZY. And as much as I loved last years SB win, because of lazy posters like you I sometimes wish Butler wouldn't have made the INT just to see the vile and anger at BB for not calling a timeout.
