Blandino: "We measured PSI levels and recorded that information.."

Sweet baby Jesus, what the F is there to evaluate??!!!!

You "spot checked " the psi. You have the results of those spot checks written down as numbers. You look at the first recorded number then you look at the next recorded number. Then you calculate the difference and present the results to the public. There, I did the work for you Blandino. No charge.

Perhaps you didn't like the results you saw? Perhaps your guys messed up and didn't allow the balls to warm up inside before spot-checking them again thus not giving you the results to fit your agenda? I can see why you'd need to evaluate that because that would kinda screw you guys. You know, you'd really have no justification for withholding the Pat's picks. Hmmm, how to spin it in your favor. Oh hell, just fudge the findings. That's the easiest way.

So now in the span of a day or so, we've gone from "spot checks as a deterrent" to "measured and recorded information".

I believe it merely reaffirms that the NYJFL is full of ****e.

Only thing I can think of is that they want to make sure they have "documented" the temperature inside the official's locker room so after the ball has reached it equilibrium, the recorded PSI result makes sense.

I swear these guys only think 10 minutes ahead.

They also don't communicate well internally.
They're all ex-NYJ interns who got Peter Principled out of further advancement within that disfunctional organization. What do you expect?

LOL, did these two honestly not get together and talk strategy before going public? How do these dumbasses actually run a multi-billion dollar organization? Honestly, you could put a gorilla wearing lipstick in as the commissioner of the NFL and it would still make money. Why do these businessmen stick with Goodell when all he's done is given the league one black eye after another?

They're never releasing numbers and they never were going to.
The PR bit by Goodell was just a weak weak attempt at influencing the appeals court.
The NFL legit does not care the slightest about fans, we are just suckers to them.

Yea I expect very little. The incompetence is astounding.

"Mr. Wells I have Roger Goodell on Line 1."
" Ted, you have to help me out and find some way to spin this so I can blame the Patriots and seize more draft picks from Kraft. Ted? Ted, you still there??"
--------------------------------------------
Even Wells wouldn't touch this flaming pile of fecal matter...Then again, yeah he probably would ............

Yea I expect very little. The incompetence is astounding.

They have literally fuc.ked this up at every step of the way. Literally every single steps has seen a monstrous mistake made on the part of the NFL office. It's honestly to the point where I'm wondering if they're trying to fu.ck this up and make themselves look bad because, honestly, I have a hard time seeing any governing body being this inept.

I always thought Roger Goodell and Dan Quayle looked like brothers. Were they separated at birth?

It could explain a lot.

They will never release anything unless it helps their anti-Brady case.

Maybe the appellate court could ask to see the PSI recordings.

Difference being that the WWF didn't try to pretend to be something they weren't and they still laughed all the way to the bank during the 80s and 90s.

They're still laughing at the bank.. They continue to sell out and continue to make hundreds of millions of dollars..

Because, supposedly, there is a $150 million termination clause in Goodell's contract.. Why the owners would have agreed to that is beyond me..

As @QuantumMechanic pointed out, the data has no bearing on the appeals case. The appeals case is regarding the law, not the data used to make the determination.

they dont care about the footballs.

otherwise, they wouldnt let cam give them to kids. how could they record the measurements???

I'm thinking it would be an example of the process the NFL* is following, not whether the numbers themselves exonerate Brady.

This is just more evidence of how the NFL* keeps moving the goal posts and is making it up as they go.
