Blandino: "We measured PSI levels and recorded that information.."

Goodell never said they did not record it. He just said their purpose was spot check for deterrence and not a study. He is saying that, he believes the Patriots removed about 0.1PSI from the balls because the pressures of some of the balls were too low and he truly believes that the integrity of the game is importantly and consistently important to the league. He holds this view without compromise and with the utmost respect for the NFL and the power given to him to sure that the integrity of the game is paramount, and that is is protected in its pure form so that everyone can play on an equal leveling field of consistency and importance. Thank you. I swear, this is how the guy talks. It is adverb upon adjectives then adverb, adverb, adverb and when he is done, you have no idea if he answered your question or you are too dumb to call on his BS.
He's just trying to get it right.

I'm guessing that they didn't record every single game, but only the ones that they "spot checked."

That would technically mean that both comments from both parties are correct.

This would be the million dollar question, or at least one of many million dollar questions that pertain to this whole ****show.
Stop pretending like you know how to lie. Amateur.;)

LOL

Goody didn't say that they did or didnt keep the results.

Blandino now says they have them.

One thing is clear to me. These guys do not have a strategy.

Anyone every see a silent short of the Keystone Kops? :)

It's all funny until it isn't. I remember how we all laughed when the air pressure story first came out. We underestimated the stupidity and gullibility of the American public and media.

I think the mediots are willing participants, not victims. The standard lie they used to spread was that they were only bringing us what we wanted to hear, but it's become very obvious over the years that it's the other way around. They create the interest. The only surprise to me has been how effective they can be.

Meanwhile, what's happening with the Manning investigation? It's funny no one is mentioning it. The NFL and media would never create such a distraction leading up to the Superbowl. That would be wrong.o_O

Lets just hypothetically say that the NFL publishes the PSI data and it shows that the balls behaved as expected.

They have doubled and tripled down on the Wells Report which "proves" that there was a conspiracy to reduce the air pressure in the footballs- regardless of the IGL proving that nothing happened. You still have Bird in the can for 90 seconds and Jaz texting with Bird. In addition, the commissioner has also made a determination that Brady was the linchpin in this conspiracy.

Its not like the league has demonstrated weakness or a willingness to change direction.

By that logic there should be no issue with the league releasing the PSI measurements.

Release the data. Scientists and our little corner of the country are going to crap on it anyway as we will scrutinize their standards of measurements, etc. What difference does it make?

Why be secretive? They can't control the narrative on this. Its gone. It won't change anything or make anything better or worse that it is now.

there's really one way to get to the bottom of this and get the truth. we ask Mike Carey. whatever he says...the opposite is the actual answer
Nantz:"Alright and let's ask our expert Mike Carey about the call, Mike?"

Carey:"Yeah Jim, I think the call on the field is going to be whatever the refs ultimately decide it is."

Nantz:"Okay Mike but if you had to take a guess what would it be?"

Carey:"My guess is they get the call right."

Nantz:"Which would be...?"

I caught up with Roger and asked him for you.

"You know that's a great question Perfection08, I really do appreciate it. My first obligation, as you know, is to uphold the integrity of the game. That’s to uphold the rules of the game and make sure all 32 teams are operating under the same rules, all players are operating under the same rules, and you do that on a consistent basis. I have great admiration for Tom Brady. I know him personally. Obviously I respect his playing ability — he’s an extraordinary player, a sure Hall of Famer — and I have nothing but admiration for him. But I have to make sure that we continue to do the things that are necessary to protect the integrity of the game and I will do that without compromise. Because everything I do, I do for the integrity of this game. Nobody has done more to protect the integrity of this game than me."

In a way I see where your coming from but from a business head on I'd say they learned there lesson last year, for them right now its best to play dumb. Goodell is already on the hotseat, the NFL really doesn't need another headache no matter how two faced they seem to be.
