He's cap friendly now.Let's hopefully make it a cap friendly move.
Not really afraid to let Jones walk. He's last on the list although I wouldn't mind him coming back. He's cap friendly now.
I'm not a cap guru but if he can chisle away a little money and that help lock up High, Jones, Freak and Butler then ok

I can understand letting him walk but if they can retain an edge rusher under a cap friendly deal then they are better offNot really afraid to let Jones walk. He's last on the list although I wouldn't mind him coming back.
If they going to use cap savings on a deep threat WR, I'd rather them not redo his deal. Deep threat WRs are vastly overrated especially in this offense. Brady isn't Jump Ball Joe Flacco. If I were Brady, I would tell them to make it cap friendly IF...he gets an offensive line that actually blocks, and a real #1 deep threat WR.

Safe to say this offseason will be about re-signing the defense we've build and bringing in new talent on offense. Also curious if a Brady extension would result in possibly trading JimmyG and getting a cheaper (in terms of draft picks) backup QB.If I were Brady, I would tell them to make it cap friendly IF...he gets an offensive line that actually blocks, and a real #1 deep threat WR.
For how long? Do we want a QB under contract until he is 42-43?
