All Patriots Snub NFL Pro Bowl

Next question is will Brady attend the Super Bowl? i think all the Super Bowl mvps are gonna be honored or something.
He hasn't before - he said he does not like going to the game unless he is in it. I know it's in his hometown, but that may make it worse to go rather than better.

After going to the division finals and losing a rough tough heart-breaker, the Pro Bowl would have to loom as the ultimate LET DOWN for any Patriot all star. And I'm quite certain that at least 5 of the 7 need a period of physical and mental recovery. (Besides, the Pro Bowl should just be dropped)

Does the losing coach still coach the Probowl? I haven't watched in maybe 10 years. But I know they got rid of the AFC v NFC with that draft they've been doing the last 3 or 4 years. Wasn't sure if they still picked the coaches the same way.

I was going to watch but I think I have to get my colonoscopy that day. Or maybe it was mow the lawn? Root Canal? Anyways too bad I'm going to miss it.

Honestly, I still think my idea of replacing the Pro Bowl has merit

Instead of a pointless game, why don't we have the worst team in the NFL play the best team from College?

That'd be the Titans against the Tide this year.

I for one would tune in to see if, as I suspect, the best college team can whup the worst of the NFL - heck, ratings can only increase from the Pro Bowl

As a bonus you wouldn't see teams like the Colts quite so prone to "Suck for Luck" in the future for fear of humiliating themselves with a loss

It's certainly an improvement over what we have now

I'm quite pleased that all Patriots snubbed this though - there's no reason they should cooperate with an NFL that's out to get them

As a guy who was Pro-Owner in the last CBA negotiations, at this point I wouldn't mind seeing the NFLPA pick up their collective marbles and start their own league

For years now, to the ever diminishing degree I even bother, I've thought of it as The Probe Hole.

Instead of a pro bowl they should have the toilet bowl. Worst two teams play each other, winner gets the #1 pick.

I'm honestly surprised anyone goes, I mean who is healthy by this point in the year?

In the context that the Pats had a ton of injuries and are fresh off a brutal loss how could anybody expect them to be up for an exhibition game..??

If the league is going to insist on forcing this bogus game on the public it should go back to "post sb" so at least some of the title game losers have a few weeks to get it behind them and there might be a better chance they would play..

Losing a title game is almost as bad as losing a Super Bowl.. So now you have four teams that have players that cant or don't want to play..

I am surprised that the 1st timers like Malcolm aren't going. Free trip to Hawaii isn't a bad deal.

Who the heck watches the ProBowl. I have many other things to do with my time.

I do like the idea of college versus pros though.

The pro bowl is a ****ing joke and the league has screwed the Pats and Brady repeatedly, but everyone skipping the game makes the team an easy target for the haters in the media. It does smack of sour grapes a tad...
