LaDainian Tomlinson Goes Off On Patriots Fans: “STOP WHINING!”

Just going by the thread title, I was expecting him to have something negative to say about the team, instead of pointing out fans whining about Belichick. I can't really disagree with him on that point. He also ended his rant by saying he would have loved to play for Belichick. I was pleasantly surprised by what he had to say.

Still, because it's Tomlinson talking about a playoff game, I am obligated to post this:

Yea, who's whining? About what? I don't think I've ever been more accepting of a playoff loss than I am about this last one. Sure we're going to contemplate the what ifs and over analyze things but everyone does. Sounds like LdT just wanting to pile on pats fans cause it's the hip thing to do these days

Ahh ... great memories of the Patriots doing the 'Lights Out' dance in the middle of the field .... :p

There's no more "whining" than any other fanbase, for f*cks sake.

Criticizing some questionable, uncharacteristic coaching decisions that were made down the stretch isn't "whining"

I mean, I do kind of get tired of the poor me mentality that some people on this forum have. Every loss was due to something about Deflategate or another controversy.

That being said, LT is a douche and always has been

Holy crap I just agreed with something LT said.

He has a good point. We are spoiled, I'd be the first to admit it.

But those callers didn't say anything we all haven't said ourselves. It's been a bizarre two months and the feeling like we wasted a prime opportunity is hard to shake.

Where is he now?

For such a successful franchise as the New England Patriots, our fans sure act like whiney butthurt, martyrs....

Not all. But a good amount can't enjoy the success and need the approval of the fans of the rest of the league..

It's pathetic..
