Batboy Escapes made for football fans.

Since professional football has rather been irrelevant in the Metro NY area the last few seasons (and as far as the Jets go, since 1969), they might as well focus on a team that actually means something, even if its to try and trash the best player in the league.

It IS pathetic, but if they need it to feel better about their sorry lives, who are we to keep them from embarrassing themselves

So, the Post is obviously the paper of choice for NYC residents who watch shows like Jerry Springer.

Actually whenever I see these front pages I smile. It just goes to show how obsessed they are with the Patriots. They drool and foam from the mouth thinking about how much they hate Brady and the Pats for being winners and more relevant than every team in their city combined.

I remember the NYDN front page after the Super Bowl. "How Cheat It Is" was the headline. They are depressed and anguished...let them have their fun...meanwhile Brady continues to expand his legacy.

The circulation manager discovered that an image of Tom Brady on the cover sells papers much more than any of their own people, so they take any ridiculous reason to put him there.

I mean, it really is kind of sad that a Bronco player makes a routine pre-game comment about a New England player, and it makes the bleeping cover in New York.

Don't get that splashy cover...Peytie rubbed his taint on a defenseless physician's face but what is the strange allusion to Brady's taint...they want to KISS HIS AZZ?

"Francesca quits after 2017", "We're here for ya, Ben, News offers some tips for McAdoo see pages 38-39".... shows what is really on their minds.

Maybe Ben Volin or Borges should apply for a job..

The New York media is a bit obsessed with our team and QB. It's pathetic.
You're right, but it isn't just the media. That entire tri-state area and its fans have a massive inferiority complex when it comes to the Patriots. One of my best college friends, a Jets fan, who's in NJ told me the fans he knows there regardless of team affiliation endlessly filibuster on one subject - the Patriots.

I know that all too well. I lived and worked in NYC for five years which unfortunately was during the two SB losses to the Giants. I knew a lot of intelligent, level headed people who would become completely irrational when the Patriots would come up in conversation even when they weren't even football fans.

I love it, and I pity them. :p

I laugh!

These rags are the NY Post and Daily, whose sole purpose is to titillate and shock, truth be damned.

So, look @ them as entertainers; a wanna-be and extremely crude version of The Onion.

Wash your hands if you happen to read a hard copy. :)

Pathetic journalism at it's best. Unfortunately i have been living in this cesspool. I can just imagine that brady will be in the front cover if he loses. So jealous lol. They have one of the most overrated qbs to win two at our expense.

Who they going to write about in NY? Giants? Jets?

The news employs interns and you expect Pulitzers? What you put in your paper reflects your readership, not the other way around. It's a NY mentality that drives this stupidity not to mention (tin hat on) some influence from Park Ave?

the Daily News, for people who can't read
