Charlie Casserly on WEEI: Manning was more accurate than Brady this Weekend

When a pass is so wobbly that the announcer tells us all it was tipped at the line of scrimmage, only to have replay show that it was just a poorly thrown ball, that's not good.

How funny was that? I'd hate to be the poor production guy who queued up the replay forcing Simms to recant and just state that the "ball came out funny." I'm sure that guy is getting chewed out by his bosses this morning.

Also on Twitter said Broncos won't have a good answer for Brad Edelman. Not sure how Broncos can't cover a 55 yr old WR though.

LOL! That may be worse than when Randy Cross constantly called Matt Light, Todd Lyght during preseason broadcasts.

Update: Charlie Casserly Previews AFCCG:

Poor old fella. Can someone get him a sandwich?

You don't think the guys in the truck were trolling and laughing their butts off?

Christian Fauria just agreed with Casserly.

************.

Can we fast forward this week?

I totally agree with that. I am just throwing out to counter the argument before someone says it. We know several of the drops by Brady's receivers was the case of Edelman shaking off the rust.

I'd also imagine that more lasers get dropped than ducks.

---seriously, can someone help Mr. Casserly safely get back to the Galloping Senility Ward? Perhaps get him a blanket and some nice tea?

Charlie's right, he was the first mediot to show the world his ignorance of the ideal gas law.

GM-ing in the NYJFL is at a pitifully low state. To be only a former, now pretend GM, says more than a little about Casserly's acumen. He wouldn't even make a mid-rank forum poster.

As a mid-rank forum poster (?) I object to that characterization!

When you are at the bottom of your profession and having to tell people how smart you are, then you aren't. Credibility isn't one of CC's attributes, if he has any at all.

I hope Brad likes burgers!
