How the hell can you recover from a high ankle sprain in one week? This is some BS.

Maclin active but isn't even warming up with the other WRs? Seems a tad-bit weird. You'd think they'd want to see how he was moving and feeling.

Ask her how Don McNabb's house arrest is going.
might be my fav

Well if you look at the Chiefs inactives it's the two OL and the rest are DBs and CBs. Could be just a case of those other guys aren't going to play so why not have Maclin active and maybe play him in a limited role.

Boston media will have their claws out for Bill on that one. They were going on and on about how he should/will bench Jones for a certain amount of time just like he did Welker.

Which it isn't the same, Welker was making a joke about a playoff opponents coach. Jones did something dumb on his own time.
And, as I recall, the team had been told to stay away from the Rex footsie stuff.

If Maclin is anything but a decoy I'll eat my hat.

The guy had a high ankle sprain, couldn't practice and had a tough time walking.

I'm all for gamesmanship, but let's say for the sake of argument he really can't play and is strictly a decoy, why even waste an active roster spot on him? Clearly the Pats will figure out his status after a series.

Just seems like a dumb Andy Reid move to me, but I'm sure most will think it's smart.

What are you're predictions for the start of the game?

I'm thinking KC scores on their first drive and only gets 1 possible shot at a score for the rest of the first half. Meanwhile the Patriots are held to little on their first possession, but have atleast 2 scores before halftime.

Andy Reid is one of the best script guys in the league, his first drive is usually impressive. I can see your prediction coming to pass for that reason. I think the defense is going to be ready to go today, and getting off the field early is going to be a great way to start the game

I don't know, look at their inactives. 2 of the 7 are their OL out with concussion the other 5, Cooper CB, David King DE, Aaron Murray QB, Nunez DT, Wilson ILB.

All their offensive skill position guys are active. So it's not like there is some WR that is inactive over Maclin.

I still can't avoid giggling like a maniac when I watch this:

The look on Jay Glazer's face is priceless...
"are they serving Jagermeister in the avocado room now?"

llllllloooooolllll, DNabb is a ****ing joke, always has been-

Oh yeah, I forgot the Broncos won the 2014 Super Bowl.
McNabb is friggin' idiot!

Maclin will be a decoy at best. It would not surprise me if he was out for a drive or 2 and that was it.

Despite all this, I trust Butler vs Maclin even without the ankle sprain!

probably just going to get a shot and once the painkiller takes effect , run some routes
