NO, he's saying he was at his house, not that Gronk was involved.

According to my source, Chandler walked into police station parking lot all jammed up shirtless and shoeless asking for help from police

Sounds more like a bad mix of pain pills and whatever else with a bad reaction not a true overdose.

I wonder why he didn't just call 911?

He got Cosby'd.

Of course Lou Merloni is pretty resolute in saying that Chandler was definitely at Gronk's house.

I wouldn't be so quick to just blow him off.

Well, if he was at Gronk's house, we know that Rob wasn't there with him since he was in FL, so that's pretty much all I care about.

Either way, it's terribly disturbing during our postseason prep, but we should be very used to postseason distractions by now.

I'm guessing the proximity to the police station had a lot to do with it, since his house is only a block away.

One can also assume that he wasn't exactly in the right state of mind to be making rational decisions, so all common sense can probably be thrown out the window in this case.

I listened to the 8+ minutes of audio communications that the cops had. There are a lot of "quiet" gaps in there and it's basically pretty unremarkable. Overall, boring stuff, aside from noting that a confused man had shown up to the lobby or parking lot of the station at approx. 7:45am.

The only real highlight is that they did confirm that Jones had been smoking weed, hash, or some type of substance normally associated with marijuana. This can include wax, shatter, or even "spice," but it sounds like he simply made a bad decision and will hopefully learn from his mistake.

It didn't appear as though they're going to pursue any charges, so he'll probably be placed into the league's substance abuse protocol, if he's not already there now. Either way, it probably won't affect his status for this week, or even this postseason should they advance.

As a result of the negative publicity surrounding the impartiality of the Wells Report, Roger Goodell has decided to send officers Lenk and Colburn to the residence of Tom Brady to conduct seven searches to thoroughly ensure there is no incriminating evidence that he was indeed implicated in this heinous crime which damages the very integrity of the National Football League

Shhhh...it's bad enough they're somehow trying to implicate Gronkowski, who was more than 1,000 miles away at the time. Let's not give them any ideas.

bill belichick is the whitey bulger of the nfl

PTI used to be one of my favorite shows but their coverage of PSI and the Pats ended that. I haven't seen or heard a minute of them since, though I did see them briefly in the movie Creed.

More news the "NFL Police Force" have obtained search warrants, and Jones is prohibited from entering his property for 8 days while they conduct extensive searches for any contraband.. they did notice a small burn pit right outside of Jones window and have summoned forensic evidence teams..

Knowing how the NFL operates towards patriots I'd be surprised if a suspension didn't happen.

I am terrified. Think I'll go back to sleep.

Its tabloid level BS haha. i can't believe how they're gossiping and speculating like little girls about something they have absolutely no information on and spinning it to be something nefarious

My favorite part... after going on and on with speculation about a cover up and this and that.. hes like

"oh yea.. ok so really quickly.. the chiefs" so they try to fit some actual playoff football talk into their 6 minute gossip session. They spent 5 minutes, 15 seconds talking about Chandler Jones and 45 seconds on the playoff game on Saturday..

pretty disgraceful

Let's face it, we're no better.

What a sin the police chief O'Leary lied to the media !!! Don't know what happened but anytime I hear stuff like this I appreciate TFB even more .

The real question is

Was Brady generally aware this?

If so 40 game suspension and forfeiture of first born
