So, every other report states that there's no ligament damage, but according to Roethlisberger there is.

Who would've seen that coming?

Idk how the squealers will win this game but i am hoping the weather's under 40.
Says now a high of 43 on Sunday, so since it's the late game should be in the 30s when they play.

Not really that cold, but at least below 40.

To be fair, the Bengals owed them a QB injury in the Wild Card round. Burfict only came to collect a bill that's been past due since January of 2006.
And it wasn't a cheap shot either, unlike what happened to Palmer.

It's to get everyone saying "he's so tough... SO full of grit!", if he comes out and plays well. But, even if it's just an AC joint sprain, that's still very painful. His fat face will probably be grimacing every time he throws.

In other words, the Donkeys will be playing defense the way that the feckin dumb-ass Bungles should have been playing defense on that last drive?

Once again, the Prevent defense prevents…victories.
The defense they called was fine unless they called the "Take 3 giant steps after the pass is incomplete and hit the defenseless receiver in the head, then shove a ref" scheme.
Would have been 18 seconds no TO left and ball around midfield.

When I heard that it was Big Ben who broke the news about the details of his injury, I rolled my eyes so hard I almost blinded myself. Given a radio show detailed news about your injury is so preposterous, you can't it even conceiving it happening here, a place where injury knowledge goes to die. The only time we find out about injury details is in the off season, and never from the team or player.

Earlier someone call Rothlessberger a "drama queen"l, and I think that is an apt description, and I now have no doubt that Ben will be out there on Sunday. You can't help but be reminded of a another big QB who was also very tough and good, but never wanted to let you forget it, Steve McNair. He had the same act back in his prime, when he made sure everyone knew how tough he was and willing to play with injuries.

Me I'm glad my QB NEVER lets you see him blink, and the only way you ever find out he was hurt was his off season surgeries.

He's got a sprain. By definition, he's got ligament damage.

People are scared of the refs home cooking in Denver yet again
That and the fact that Denver has never been a friendly place to play for the Patriots.

Roethlisberger can take out NE in foxboro. Brady had to be perfect in week 1 with his fully healthy OL to win that game. Dion Lewis was a factor in that game as well. The worry about playing Denver @Denver is ridiculous, Pit can easily pull a 2012 Baltimore. Pats have to play their best regardless. Manning loses complete bowel function under pressure too, something Big Ben doesnt do as much.

It's because he's so amazing. We're in PA, I'm sure the locals have been telling you how "tough" he is already just like they have with me...

Was it from the same doc that diagnosed him with broken ribs?

Brady has great numbers against the steelers. Playing in denver has been not good for tommy. Idk. Pats have to get through kc first though. I think people on this board are too overconfident. I would be nervous if this team can't stop their running attack.

I'm guessing you didn't see the video of Burfict intentionally driving his knee into Ben's right shoulder immediately after driving him into the ground. Not saying that is what caused the injury but it was a dirty move by a complete POS.

Again, a sprain, by definition, involves ligament damage:

a sudden or violent twist or wrench of a joint with stretching or tearing of ligaments

Definition of SPRAIN

A sprain is a stretched or torn ligament.

That's ridiculous. He was trying to take the ball and get up. Slowing down into super slow mo and watching what body parts touch and calling it intentional is silly.
