Normally a month to heel for this but he'll be cleared to coach by the end of this week. The primary concern is re-blacking it, in which case he'll need most of the off-season for rehab.

He probably slipped and fell in the bathroom practicing how to deflate 12 footballs by 0.2 PSI in 90 seconds. Someone's gotta do it now that McNally got found out. Of course, it was partly due to his balance being thrown off by the huge camera slung over his shoulder (for spying purposes), and the fact that he was simultaneously writing up paperwork to put ineligible players on IR, as well as trying to memorize the play sheets he recently stole from the ballroom of the visiting team's hotel.

You know, you say that likely in jest but it's a good point. What if BB were female? Billima Belidude showing up to a press conference with a black eye, I bet we'd consider domestic dispute more.

What I think probably happened is he was video taping the Chiefs practice and one of Alex Smith's errant footballs landed square on the camera which then gave BB his black eye
