Everything I've read says he's day to day.

If Maclin plays, Patriots will put a a 2nd-tier CB on him....

Both his knee and ankle are injured (hence why they feared an ACL tear and found a high ankle sprain). I would guess he will not see the field for at least the Super Bowl if the Chiefs get that far.

Of course KC will list him day to day, they aren't going to come out and rule him out this early in the week. I don't care if he's day to day or listed hour to hour, whether he plays or not he won't be a factor come Sunday.

Yep. He could have a severe MCL sprain but why would the Chiefs announce it earlier than necessary and make the prep job for our staff easier?

Glad he didn't tear an ACL again. Obviously, though, I hope he doesn't play. Makes them much easier to defend.

Yea they double dated once

Unlike Breer's bogus report on Brady. High ankle sprains effect the bones connecting to the knee. A lot of times a break in the bone. So I can see him having radiating pain towards the knee. He is done for next week and possibly the playoffs. Brady on the other hand seem to have just ankle pain which generally apply to strained ligaments which heel a lot faster.
