If Burffict does something egregious, the league should look into his handling by the Bengals coaching staff.

Rb was not defenseless. Two steps and turned. Can't have helmet to helmet on a runner. You can argue that the flag on cincy was a bad call

Why doesn't the idiot Simms point out that the refs screwed up by blowing the whistle on the fumble way after they even ruled the play. They cost the Steelers a TD, if the Bengals come back it's the refs fault

That being said, your comment is consistent with how the catch rule has been called. In this case it would have been interesting to know the "review" ruling had it been called incomplete on the field.

Obvi the rule will never be perfect, but they've created more questions than answers the way these plays have been officiated the last several years.

Well, I think this is actually an old rule. It's the old bobbling rule. You need to have 2 feet down after bobbling.
