There is a decent chance that both Jets and Bills will fire their coaches after next year- can't think of any situation where a play off or bust ultimatum has worked out.

What do people there think of Fox and the job he's done so far? It seemed like he had the Bears on a bit of a roll mid-season, then they tanked. I'd like to see the Bears do well and was disappointed they went with a retread like Fox when they could've had Arians or maybe someone else with Chicago connections.
