Carson Palmer over Tom Brady for 2nd Team All-Pro

It seems like Brady always finds a way to get his hardware. Let's see who is the "best" quarterback when all is said and done.

Cherry-picking stats and time-boxing sucess and failure is a convenient way for the national media to screw the Patriots

F the stats and individual awards, Lombardi's are all that matter in my opinion...

we're in the ring business

Writers don't care about the weapons that are available/unavailable.

The logic is not hard to follow.

This is correct. I cannot recall a quarterback winning the MVP award while having even one major injury in the passing game. These awards are such a complete joke because they are really just about having pretty numbers on paper and have very little to do with the game of football. It is so shameful that these voters claim to understand the game on a deeper level yet 95% of them just go with the guy with a higher passer rating.

Palmer had a very good season, so to me it's not that big of a deal.

To me what is head-scratching is Khalil Mack being named an All Pro at two different positions.

If the voters cannot figure out what position a guy plays, should their votes be considered to be meaningful?

"Fans" do it too I'm afraid.

12-4 (we but lost 4 games out of the last 6) WE SUCK!!!!

And conveniently, just in the nick of time, winning games suddenly matters a great deal when it comes to awards.

The rules seem to have changed just in time!!

Thenumbers in this case though favor Brady.

He threw for more yards, at a higher volume (which is harder to do), for more TDs and fewer INTs.

Yea I didn't get that either. Mack was a force this year and very deserving but seriously....

I just wanna see our offense run smoothly with the line blocking. Injuries and poor o line play has ruined that. We got number 12 but he needs others to step up

"what have you done for me lately"

Speaking of Fitzgerald.. if they somehow go one and done and he wants to win before he retires... ACQUIRE THE BEAST?!?!

Arizona is not gonna trade him, they would still have a 15.8 cap hit if traded. Also he has a guaranteed salary of $11M next year and Pats have nowhere near that cap space in 2016.

I realize the end game is the Pats winning another Lombardi, but I'm 100% positive if JE doesn't get hurt the Pats go 15-1 and Brady is the MVP of the league.

Injuries suck!
