Honestly, that Tampa job is a dream job for most Coaches. For starters, before you even get into the their roster and salary situation, it's down in a sunny Florida with a good facility. They have a very talented offensive roster with Winston who looks like he is going to be a stud (better then M
arcus Mariota IMO) Evans who's a franchise player, and Kenny Bell who they drafted last year but had injury issues this season. Lets not forget Doug Martin and 33 million in Salary cap space before the projected 10 million increase (so 44 million)
On D they have a decent roster, and I think thats why Lovie was fired. All to go along with a the 9 Pick in the draft. Thats an awesome HC opportunity.
Bring in an Eric Weddle, Eric Berry, or Sean Smith, and draft a few young defensive studs and you got a team that has a lot of potential.
