Anyone else concerned? We're headed to the playoffs and he has been missing 40 yard FGs at a concerning pace to close out the year

Not as clutch as he was to start the season, for sure.

I'm concerned about this whole team.

ok lol if not concerned why not? evidence would say otherwise

A concerning pace? Tell me you're kidding.

Problems? We can't block, we can't move the ball, everybodys hurt, we're letting Tannescrub convert 3rd and longs all day and you're concerned about the kicker who's missed 3 field goals out of 36?

Yes, we might as well not even show up for the playoffs

Kickers always work in small sample sizes so any misses are more noticeable. But he had one of the best seasons he's ever had, he has a history of kicking well so it's not a fluke, so no, I'm not worried about it.

2 misses is a concerning pace?

oh my ****ing word there are so many ****ing ****ies on this board.

He missed a 46 yard FG today on ****ty turf that was getting worked on as late as 1 hour prior to kick-off and the other he missed was a 54 yard FG.

Two weeks of "ain't it awful", maybe it is time for a Pats Fans.com vacation..

Chicken Little is proud...

It's more concerning than one miss. However, if he was at zero misses, that'd be even more concerning since he'd be due to miss one.

I guess the serious answer to the OP is that I can't think of any other K in the NFL I'd rather have going into the playoffs. I'm open to suggestions
...

given all the negativity in this and other threads today, what I really want to say is that, personally, I'm concerned that the guys who squirt the Gatorade into the patriots mouths are off target way too often and that we can't fully assess how it's affected the play on the field and contributed to the last two losses.

And the other one he missed was just misjudging the wind factor(which was significant in that particular game) which is really tricky. He nailed the wind factor earlier in the game though with a FG.

My TIC radar isn't working well these days...please someone reassure me here.
