The only time a rookie steps in and play well are at RB and maybe DLHonestly, they seem to have very complicated blocking schemes and hte rookies don't seem to be handling them very well.
I think they believed miami would roll over and play dead, that they (the pats) could get jackson reps to get him use to the offense and in football shape. BB and Micky D approached this game like it was the pre-season and it backfired on them.They clearly didn't install the type of offense they could have for this game. I'm not sure what the coaches were thinking for this one.
I really doubt that this team would use a gameplan that screams "just make sure no one is injured" during the playoffs. That's what they did today.Playing like this is one and done
The injuries have thoroughly exposed Josh McDaniels.
He is not utilizing all the personnel at his disposal nor is he game planning with any intelligence.
He is not adjusting on the fly.
