True but I'd be surprised given the statement was framed in an absolute way.

If the Jags don't end with a minimum of 8 wins next season I'd expect Bradley will be first on the list for next January's Black Monday thread.

That division is shaping up to become a 8 wins takes the title, if its not already like that, this year seems to be by accident and not by tendency.

That said, I think Bortles stinks, Tanehill 2.0, the jaguars is not going to be the worst team in the NFL like they used to be, but they are not going too far either.

Sure.

Although I expect them to be AFC South Champions next year, unless Bill O'Brien can pull a QB out of his ass.

Bortles has actually been a top-10 QB the second half of the season, and sports a rating over 90 for the year. 35 TDs is no joke, I don't care who the QB is.

If he can get his accuracy up just a little bit, there's no reason to think he won't be a solid starter in the NFL for many years to come.

Looks like Washington will be going to the playoffs for 2nd time since RG3 trade. Meanwhile, STL hasn't posted a winning season since trade

And they've added seven first round picks in that time, five of them to defense, 3 to offense. I'm including Mark Barron and Nick Fairly to that number (Barron has actually played really well for the Rams this year as a linebacker).

Everytime another one is let go, my fears about losing McDaniels and Patricia increase.. who are the heir apparent?? Daboll on O, who would be the choice on D???

But the NFL has a tradition of recycling the same old guys.. then at the Press Conference owners/GM's introducing them speaking in glowing terms of their winning record..

I don't want any of these coaches to be fired. I am enjoying the coaching apocalypse at the moment. i hope Miami hires Pagano.
Could happen. Pagano did coach at The U many years ago.

They key to MIA suckage is Tannenbaum. He is a disaster.

Re: Patricia I hope the rest of the idiot owners put a lot of stock in appearances. Stay away.

Sounds like McCoy in SD will be gone too

Daboll likely OC, Daly the D line coach could be next DC, BB has spoken highly of him in the past. Don't see Payricia leaving this year.

Sorry, but I gotta disagree with you, there, Bro.

Fisher is an exceptional Jerk.

Funny how strong that historic notion still is for me. Recently I often find myself rooting for the Rams, particularly against Seattle and SF — then I have to remind myself who their coach is. Conversely, I find my instinct is still to hate the Titans — and I have to remind myself Fischer is no longer there.

Plain and simple, Fisher is an ass.

My understanding is that Fisher was against the use of sideline cameras and had a pretty intense debate with BB over it.

After reading this thread, I guess we can kiss any chance of holding on to Josh goodbye...a loss not because he's an Offensive genius, but because he seems to have a special relationship with Brady. I just hope he doesn't make a commitment to anyone during the Bye week, when he can interview. That's a distraction we can do without.

Also, a couple of these sad sack teams are going to be looking for a GM and I guess Caserio will be towards the top of a lot of lists.

Makes me wonder what the heck Fisher could be using as his arguments against it. The money is an owner's concern, not a coach's concern. Does he think the camera equipment is going to ruin the coach's view of the field?

Kraft needs to pay Patricia more BB make him a Assistant head coach.
Caserio please dont leave.
So we have Detroit NY Giants Eagles Chargers Browns Dolphins Colts Niners, Titans.
Am I missing anybody?
So lets do a game where we dont lose one of our coveted coordinators.
Here we go.
Detroit, Hue Jackson
Giants Sean Mcdermott
Eagles Mark Shula
Chargers Todd Haley
Browns Chuck Pagano
Dolphins. Mike Shanahan
Colts. Adam Gase
Niners. Eric Mangini
Titans. Chip Kelly
So in this scenario there are a few unlikely things happening.
One is a few retreads Haley,Shanahan, pagano all get shots again.
The mangini pick is one where I feel the owners meet with the current staff and Eric has some ridiculous 5 year plan that is so well thought out and clever they forget about his past and make him a coach on the spot.
If we lose Patricia how interesting would it be if BB and Mangini bury the hatchet and take him back as DC.

My Mcdaniels not getting the nod has a few things occur in this scenario.
Some owners are still scared off about his Denver falling out but also they fear they dont have a Brady on the roster and just keep thinking what have you proven without number 12.
He is offered a position but really wants another one the position he wants is given to someone else. He loses the other job at the last minute because he didnt show commitment to that particular team.

The Patricia getting skipped over has to do with owners thinking this is BBs defense look at the last d coordinators Crennel and Mangini they werent successful on their own.
Yes hes smart but is he too smart will he be able to relate to our players?

That is my hope
What is much more possible is we lose Mcdaniels to NY Giants, Niners, Detroit, San Diego
We lose Patricia, to Cleveland, Indy.

Fisher is a league good ole boy. He goes with the heard.
