Sorry if it's wrong, but at 36, if a guy tries to fight me at a game, a foot to the head may be getting off easy. No lie, I'd be looking to knee him in the temple. I've seen too many fights turn ugly. End that **** as fast as possible.

This is just disheartening.

Probably the worst day of this pats fan's life... a loss to the rats and then brutally beaten like that.

I hope he's alright. I'd never go to New York (Jersey) to watch the Pats play because there's always going to be that one butthole that wants to start something, win or lose.

Sorry. I live in NYC. Anybody who goes to the Meadowlands in Patriots gear when the Pats are in town is taking risks of which they should be aware.

I have thought of taking my kids to a pats jets game down here and nixed the idea many times and decided against it.

I hope the individual wasn't hurt, but they should have known the risk they were taking. Jets fans are cretins.

PS: I don't feel the same way about Giants fans.

Last time I went to a Pats game at Shafer Stadium (Giants preseason), I saw 4 fights in the parking lot after the game. I doubt it was Pats versus Giants fans, but rather drunken idiots stuck in traffic. Gillette has a higher class of people these, but it looks like the Jets still have barbarians.

I used to travel to the Pats @ Jets games but quit after Wrecks' presence made arseholes in that fan base feel "entitled." What I experienced sitting in the stands with my then-fiancee (now wife) was just short of being assaulted -- getting peppered with small objects, etc. Security didn't care. None of that kind of crap is tolerated at Gillette.

Just a cheap shot at some Giant fans I know who spend time here. As in most Giant fans are wusses who can't physically defend themselves. (Jets = blue collar. Midgets = white collar.)

Yeah but the problem here is this typical Jet "tough guy" didn't knock the guy down. He had one of his cronies sneak up behind the Pats fans and sucker punch him from behind, and only THEN, did he actually confront the Pats fans, by stomping him when he was down.

This wasn't a jet fan tough guy. Just the opposite. This was a cowardly act by a cowardly pair of man. These are just the kind of assholes that have stigmatized Jet fans for decades. These are JUST the kind of fans you want ousted from your ranks......that is unless you are just another one of those craven bastards who look you in the eye, while a buddy sneaks up behind you.

Eh, from the look of the video it was two dumbasses fighting. Some other guy walking to his car pushed one of the dumbasses out of his way, and then the dumbasses continued.
