Ryan Mallett signs and will start for Ravens

It will be interesting to see if he brings a new attitude.

Any other season, I'd complain about how now that he's on the Ravens he can just throw it as far as he wants and it's either a catch or DPI. This year though...man, that team got screwed worse than us.

This gives Mallet a shot at a decent free agent signing. He can still be very impressive in short stretches. And coming up big against the currently fearsome Steelers could boost his career.

I know the Jet fans will be pushing for him at every turn.

No, they didn't get screwed nearly enough for whining and for their handling and lies during the Ray Rice GF beatdown.

Perfect arm to employ the Flacco DPI strategy. He can probably go ten yards deeeper than Flacco.

When heard this was a possibility, I picked up the PIT defense for the championship game. Hope it pays off as well as licking up Cousins at QB to start over Fitzpatrick, who I streamed for the past four weeks after getting annoyed with Ryan's collapse this season.

Ryan Mallett...Always loved that guy.

He had a good first half. Nothing eye popping, but looked like a more than adequate backup/lower end starter. We'll see how he fares in the 2nd (not getting the Pats game, which looks like a good thing right now).

Mallett knocks out the Steelers. A true Patriot, LOL.
