Refs apparently missed 8 Eagles false starts vs. Patriots

Yup noticed most of them...

The most blatant to me were two of em:

The first false start by the LT before the next false start was actually flagged, and the one by their RT on that 3rd down completion late in the 4th. So ****ing blatant. Yea, Philly had a lot of calls against them, but it doesn't excuse **** like this. Yea, thanks for moving the refs to a Pats game. Nothing sweeps ****ty officiating under the rug quite like taking em off a prime time game and throwing em at the most hated team of all time to **** over

Jason Peters was the guilty party numerous times from where I was sitting in the 300's ; couldn't believe he only got whistled for it once!

More of the same. Last three games were blatantly biased against the Patriots.

By missed you mean allowed to happen right? Did people seriously think the NFL was going to sit by and allow the Patriots to compete on a level playing field? Goodell is an egotistical piece of ****.

Interesting watching the replays in slow motion. For those of you who're more familiar with the details of line play, when the tackles make that first big backward step, that seems to open up a gap between the tackle and the guard, but in none of the replays was that gap exploited by the rusher. Why is that? Can the gap be closed in time by the tackle if the rusher choses the inside path? Hope this makes sense.

Just be thankful we didn't win.

Otherwise it would be "Bill Belichick mysteriously knew exactly when the ball was going to be snapped on at least 8 plays..."

Honestly calls are missed on both sides .I am sure there are missed calls on the Eagles side it's just that no one on this website is cataloging it for them. Throw picks, play bad special teams, make bad calls , and fail to make key stops on defense you lose so stop looking for excuses.

I think the Eagles had 12 flags in the first qtr for 300 yards of penalties. Game being replayed at 9:00, I'll have to watch it again to see if I can catch all of the missed calls, NOT.

The T starts his backpedal on the verbal command, not the snap. The D linemen should have been simulating the command because that was his trigger

I saw the refs block a punt, return a punt, and make Brady force a throw to Amendola double covered at the goal line. Does this need a sarcasm icon?

I'm sure coaches would have noticed, then we should've instructed our tackles to do the same it could've helped take pressure off Brady.

so stop looking for excuses.

I see you and a few others making this statement on here. Yet no one is saying this is why the Eagles won. There were 9 false starts by the Eagles and the refs called 1, not 5 or 6 but 1. This is from the same crew that got demoted from the SNF because they were ****ing terrible the week before. If you miss 8 false starts you prove how much of an incompetent crew you are or you've been given a directive that the Eagles OL false starts but let it go.

I'm sure coaches would have noticed, then we should've instructed our tackles to do the same it could've helped take pressure off Brady.

And the Pats would have got called for it.
