Gronk being singled out by the league on OPI

But they never call DPI when he is blatantly dragged and held. Great. I wish BB calls the referee head and asks what gronk doing is wrong.

He absolutely is. They know they can't stop him otherwise. Look for a memo from _______ (Ravens, Colts etc) that complained about him pushing off.

This isn't a conspiracy. It's beyond obvious.

Sometimes I can understand the OPI's, especially at the beginning of the season when he was smashing DB's 6-7 yards back but the last call was made entirely on his reputation.

"Gronk got seperation? Must have pushed off."

Gronk now has 5 OPI. Team has 9. League average 2.22.

The OPI tonight was so ridiculous that even Collinsworth couldn't defend the call.

Except he did. I looked right at my dad and said this clown can't bring him self to say it was a bad call.

Paraphrasing here but he said something like "eh, I don't know, that could go either way"

I'm not gonna pat the dude on the back just because he leaned towards it being a bad call.

That call changed the game more than the mugged punt, because right there and then you knew the pats were playing the broncos and refs the rest of the way.

We got a pathetic call on our last regular time drive for defensive pass interference and literally 5 minutes later a no call on a blatant holding on second down. I don't believe there was a fix but I do believe the refs are the crazy kids no one wants to play online games with cause they are unpredictable in their actions. I'm so disgusted.

Gronk Rule. Goodell's answer to stop the Patriots. The defender initiates contact and Gronk gets free with the slightest movement of forearms = OPI.

The league wants the rules to have it that every team has more offensive production except when it comes to the Patriots.

I said this two weeks ago: when gronk is split wide or in the slot, there is no historical comparison to Gronk. Every receiver does what he does, no other receiver can move a linebacker back 3 yrds with his arm tucked in.

It's Shaq, it's Chara, it's a penalty for being bigger and badder than everyone else.
