I hear you. IMO, if you're going just WRs, you're taking the Pitt trio 101 times out of 100. When you add in the TE, that changes things dramatically.
I can respect that. Wheaton definitely looks good tonight but hasn't really done much before this year... Funny though, I remember Mike Reiss being all about Wheaton and how the Pats absolutely need to draft him, and they ended up taking Dobson when Wheaton was still around. Looks like Reiss might've been right.

But then there is still the HUGE question of could Wheaton succeed in this offense. Really no guarantee of that.

Hey NFL spotters.. is there no reason to give Ben a short checkup after that helmet to helmet hit that left him on the floor for a few seconds ? No reason at all ?

Interesting trivia note I saw up above.

Today was the first time in his career that Philip Rivers threw for 300 yards plus zero interceptions.

Surprised that has never happened before.

I hate that BB changed the XP rule, we'd be looking at OT with a Steelers touchdown.

Also a fair question.

Wow, really poor tackling by Seattle there.

Seahawks having tackling problems all game.

The NFL spotter program is the biggest crock of **** going right now.

Seattle/Pittsburgh is going on for ever !

I wonder if Lane was hesitant with the tackle because of his arm

Mike Carey has to be corrected by the announcers on the Wheaton bobble. This is the same guy who screwed us against the Giants in NOT blowing the whistle after clear fumble possession by Pierre Woods and instead waited 15 minutes allowing the ball to then be ripped out. It was a game changing and historic play. This guy adds Nothing but incorrect analysis. No wonder why he no longer officiates games.

Seahawks trying to lose on purpose

Great pass rush, Hawks.... bunch of fcking idiots.

Pitt's Offense carving this Defense up.

The NFL spotter program is the biggest crock of **** going right now.

It was implemented as a tool to use against the Pats' dominance.

There hasn't been an opportunity to use it for that application yet.

When there's only about 15 yards to go to the end zone, how can there be no defender within 5 yards of the guy in the middle of the field?

Mike Reiss noting that the Pats are dressing 8 offensive linemen tonight which is 1 more than the norm. With 8 OL and 3 TE, looks like a potentially heavy gameplan. Martin, LaFell and Harper are the only active pure WRs.
