What we are seeing out of GB right now is that Aaron Rogers without an elite receiver is definitely not the best QB in the NFL. Much like Culpepper of the Vikings when he lost Randy Moss, Aaron can no longer look elite without his elite receiver on the other end.
TB is the goat without needing top end talent to make him look better than he is.

I'm a big fan of Rodgers but I have to admit that it's ranking starting to look that way. He still has plenty of viable weapons but that offense doesn't look anywhere, near as prolific our dangerous as it was a year ago.

I thought that his new girlfriend was destroying the team's mojo...you know like Gise...I mean Yoko?

Erin Fraudgers is a joke

He'll do whatever it takes to protect his TD:INT ratio. Even if it means throwing the ball away and losing games.

Honestly I think even with Nelson he would still be having problems this year. Might not be as bad but they would still be there.

What's been Randall Cobbs deal? Yesterday was his best day since late Sept.

It's more of a "Loss of Nelson lessens Rodgers numbers, as expected, but Davante Adams' suckage is killing the Packers" thing:

To say Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers hasn’t looked like his old self recently would be accurate, but with one major caveat: The decline in Rodgers’s production has come mostly on passes to wide receiver Davante Adams.

Over the last three weeks, when Rodgers throws to Adams, he’s 15-for-35 for 129 yards with no touchdowns and one interception. That’s a completion percentage of 42.9 percent, an average of 3.7 yards per pass, and a passer rating of 41.2.

Aaron Rodgers has a Davante Adams problem

That's 12 passes a week virtually wasted. Interesting that not only have the Packers not figured out how to get Adams open, they are continuing to call his number. What is it called when you do the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result?

Let's face it, he's done. Scott Tolzien era needs to begin sooner rather than later. It's become clear Rodgers can't play with properly deflated footballs. I could see him doing okay in the CFL where they play fast and loose with the rules.

It's everyone but Rodger's fault

O-line's fault
WRs' fault
Defense's fault
Coaches' fault
Management's fault
RBs' fault
Refs' fault
Injuries' fault
Practice Squad players' fault
Schedule's fault
Patriots' fault

edit: Also pre-season's fault and video games' fault

Cobbs target/catch ratio since Oct has also been crappy...50% and the prod has been 3WR level

You have a great point, though I wouldn't go as far as to compare him to Culepeppers drop off.

The media wasn't making excuses for Brady like they are for Rodgers. It's not even close.

Patriots fans = media?

Yeah, Adams is really bad, Jones is a JAG, and Cobb is a very good complementary receiver but just isn't a #1 star type. Plus his offensive line is mediocre at best and Lacy is a stiff. Frankly, he's been playing all year with a set up that's not dissimilar from what Brady is now working with, and Brady still has the best tight end in history.

Lacy isn't a stiff, he's just inconsistent.

His combo platter of weight gain + ankle injury has made him bad enough to be demoted this year. He's not a career long stiff, and he seems to have turned a corner, but he was awful in the middle of this season.
