Josh Boyce must be really really terrible

You want your opinion respected, but you become the petulant child and throw a temper tantrum when someone disagrees with you.

The only person with holes in their logic is you.

You're the hypocrite. Have been the entire thread.

Quantum Mechanic has more football knowledge in his pinky than you've shown ever..No wonder you think he's a hypocrite..

You keep attempting to take shots at me, saying I have no knowledge and have holes in my logic, yet you start an argument with me over signing Austin Collie, then when called out on his inability to be signed, you throw a tantrum, only to backtrack to the truth I presented, negating your argument entirely....

Give it a rest and move on.

Back to football.

If we did add a player I would imagine right off they would have a limited playset for them to use till they grasp the whole thing.
These try outs look like depth for the PS squad. They will attempt to fill the back end behind Harper while the others recuperate. In an emergency, I think they would go to TE sets and RB sets adding Chandler and White before they throw someone in off the street. It will be interesting to see how many snaps Harper sees on Sunday.

You didn't present one iota of fact on whether or not Collie could be signed. This is what you said:

Todd Bradley said:
who btw is signed to a team in the CFL who would have to willingly release him in order to sign to the Pats.

Todd Bradley said:
you're a moron if you think that Bill Belichick would consider Austin Collie, who isn't available, and Randy freakin' Moss, over Chris Matthews in the year 2015.

No where did you say that the NFL and CFL had both changed their CBA to prevent players in one league from signing in the other during the same season. In fact, you stated the opposite, using outdated information that Collie could be signed during an NFL option period.

Todd Bradley said:
A typical CFL contract includes an NFL option window that usually begins Jan. 1 and always ends Feb. 16. Players with such options in their contracts can sign with NFL teams during that window. If later released from the NFL, the player's rights revert to his previous CFL team.

I provided actual FACT on the specifics regarding Collie and his availability after a bit more research, going as far as to quote the entire Article and Section of the NFL CBA that showed where I was wrong. I went back and editted my statements admitting to my mistake. That's what an adult does. That is not back-tracking. That is taking ownership of a mistake. Clearly something else you don't understand.

As for "starting an argument", you are the one who threw the temper tantrum all because someone disagreed with your and put a disagree mark on you.

Hmm......stay on the practice squad of the 3-7 Ravens who just lost their starting QB or sign with the 10-0 Patriots and play with Tom Brady.........Yeah real tough decision there.

And next time, don't throw around the disagree button like it's candy. Nothing I said was a hot take that required such action. People on this site act so childish with these buttons....

What is hilarious is that I pointed out that Miguel said the exact same thing. That Matthews might not want to sign with the Patriots because the long-term prospects just aren't here. Yet, when asked about what your reaction was to that, you ignored it.. Funny thing about that..

mike williams the ex bills/bucs wr.
guy must have serious issues off the field. surprised he's still out there. had a few decent seasons/only 28 years old

Brother, you keep dancing around everything. Your argument was wrong and you admitted it as such. Everytime you respond you keep exposing your flaws.

To keep arguing with you, when you just argue against yourself, would be a further waste of brain cells.

Congrats, you win an Internet argument on a Patriots football message board about the prospects of signing a washed up Wide Receiver, even though he's unable to be signed.

Make sure you go ahead and tell your friends and family about your huge accomplishment at the Thanksgiving dinner table.

I've removed Todd Bradley and DaBruinz from this thread. It's Thanksgiving - there's no fighting on Thanksgiving on this message board :p

Let's try this again and get this thread back on track.

It's not too often that I have to admit that I've got nothing on 3 guys, but I got nothing!!

Bonner tickled my Radar 3 Years ago ~ 2013 Draft ~ but I would've given'm a 6th/7th Round Ranking if I'd written'm up: a SlotBack type ~ Edelman/Amendola ~ who's best in the Short Passing Game.

OK, maybe I had a nibble...But, Wow: Talk about trolling the Far Pavilions for Obscure Talent!!

Props to Mad Bill for looking absolutely everywhere he can to help the Team!!

That's what jumped out at me too. When looking at Pats' WR prospects I always go to 3 come, SS and broad jump first, since they're most representative of explosion/agility. Talley impresses with all three, so I can definitely see why the Pats worked him out. It's only one piece of the puzzle, but it's also a valuable one.

Also, I think you have a typo in there for his height. 6-7, 190 in the NFL is funny to think about, but the poor guy would not survive

6'7" 190lbs - would be quite the beanpole, some 265lb linebacker would split him in half :p

6'!" 190 lbs. That would be a nice target to have

Hey Welker or any really good Receiver on a losing Team, try walking off the field early during a Game and being let go...I heard that works sometimes.

Right about now Wes Welker is doing everything he can to get cut by the Rams.
