in a lot of places around the world we use tech to validate and verify where things are and what they are doing at any given time. Take for example running, rfid tagging is used to validate runners, time, location, same for cycling, motocross, car racing, and other sports, skiing etc.
Why not use some tech in NFL games.
As an example use some form of rfid strips end to end imbedded in a football for example, you would always know where it was, did it cross out of bounds, cross an endzone etc etc. you could even use this in uniforms, shoes etc. I don't know all the ways it could be used but I know that this type of tech exists and is used in many ways commercially to determine the status of "something"
These days in the NFL it seems we often question a play due to human error, seems to make sense to fix it.
Then again I guess if the NFL can't figure out how to make headsets work maybe they are doomed. I Can figure out how to make a helmet to helmet communications work 50 miles out in the open desert....just saying.
