We're onto Denver

Broncos will gang tackle and triple cover Gronk on every play especially if there is no Amendola. Who the hell will Brady have left to throw to ? This is a nightmare...
Our D will be tough on them too

Brock will be good for 2 INTs

we only score 30 if we get short fields from turnovers..

the broncos should bring an extra man to blitz every time. see if tom/the receivers can get open.
i doubt it...

If we get the o-line communication sorted out, blitzing Brady would be a very bad idea.

I am not worried about our D..they can ball and make a play when needed like that Chung stuff on 3rd and 2. I am worried about not having DA or Dobson and no JE. They could triple gronk at that point

Who the hell is expecting a blow out? We have like NO receivers left. This will be a dog fight from hell. I am really hoping our D can step up and help us win this one.
IF the Patriots are to win in Denver (going to be a tall order) the key will be the Patriots offensive line.
They play on Sunday night like they did last night the Patriots will not only lose the game but the QB will be having an MRI on Monday morning.
Don't have a good feeling about this game. Patriots are beat up, it's a short week and they're going to a place where they don't usually play well.
If they come away from Denver with a loss but with no more injuries then I'll be OK with that.
At this point we need to look at the big picture.

I'm not overly confident our guys can win in Denver at this point but if any team can deal with all the injuries the and challenges Pats will be that team.

While Brock looked good last week it wasn't a huge improvement over Manning, they have a lot of their own issues on the offensive line, DT isn't playing like his previous years ( got his contract) and Sanders is dinged up also. Run game is suspect at best. Now since I said that DT will have a breakout game ha ha ha...so sorry if I jinx it.

Denver's defense is for real and over on the Broncos forums they believe (as they should as fans) that their defense is better than anything the Pats have played and I'm inclined to agree. I think the Buffallo defensive line is as good if not better, I think the Buffalo secondary has more talent but I do think NE is facing likely the best defense overall in the league this week. I don't care about some of the stats out there. One thing both Denver and buffalo have in common is lack of discipline and a high rate (league leading) penalties. In a close game that can decide the game...re: Indy...the common thing with Wade and Rex is that their defenses have historically been undisciplined. I know some Broncos fan will read this and get all pissy and go nuts. Also let's hope Mr. dirtiest player in the NFL (Ward) doesn't take out another one of our players, he only goes to the knees because he can't tackle otherwise. That should stir up Broncos country...having a little fun there guys ;), don't take it personal, just about every fan from every team sees it.

I don't expect NE to win, if they do I won't be surprised and I'll be happy camper, plus if they do but I also don't think Brock is going to light the Pats up either. The Pats got a pretty good defense themselves and they are not the Bears.

I have an opportunity to sit in a box this week at the game, passing on it, I'm not good in crowds. Give it to a Denver fan instead.

I do think the Patriots will win this game. The OL i really think will be much better. It almost never in BB's tenure has played that bad 2 times in a row and i doubt it will now. Looking at the names on the OL the only issue SHOULD be the tackle spot opposite Vollmer. We have the guys to have good OL play and generally the OL has done fairly well all things considered. I think the Bills game was an aberration and the OL will tighten down.

If they do the Patriots win.

The Pats will shut down Denver's run game and force Osweiler to carry them. I don't think he can. Particularly when not given those cheap underneath routes that go for 50 yards and a TD.

The Pats O (assuming again... the OL blocks) will find points hard to come by but will be able to do enough.

denver has better cb's than buffalo.
their run defense is also solid.

maybe brady should pull a flacco and throw some deep bombs and hope for a few pi's!!

Well....considering that I can't recall ever feeling good about playing in Denver why change now.

Pats are 3-5 in DEN during the BB era.

Or just have TJ Ward knee cap him.

Eh I dont know about that. :)

Have the Broncos allowed a single point this season in garbage time? The Patriots have allowed A LOT of garbage time points that makes their point total look misleading. They are STILL allowing fewer overall points than the Broncos.

Well it just happened because the Giants game was not much better.

Sorry but Denver's defense is a bit better than ours, maybe more than a bit. Anyway your entitled to your opinion, I just don't believe it. :)

To be fair in both games the number one target went down. That will change things in game. Harper had a tremendous effort catch for naught. That won't be forgotten. I feel he will make some contributions earlier rather than later.

That is my biggest fear. He seems to often go low and I could see him deliberately targeting Gronk's knees.

Our defense has been better than Denver's for nearly a month now.
