Depends on how he feels. He's a scrambling QB a bit so who really knows. I bet if the IR rules weren't so BS, TB would have been playing in '08. Big brace and all. I remember hearing reports of him throwing footballs an players were amazed.

Indecisive, holding on to the ball way too long, too eager to scramble and try to make a play, and I really don't like his throwing mechanics.
