NFL record held by a Pat least likely to ever be broken

While offense is greatly favored, the direction of QBs not being the prolific passer scoring type as well as the likelihood of not scoring in a quarter due to TOP, weather, penalties etc, I'd be surprised to see the Patriots consecutive quarters scored be broken anytime soon. It's currently 35 quarters and counting. That's over half a season of scoring every single quarter. Pretty amazing....

Perhaps this was addressed already; if so I missed it.

Ghost's consecutive extra point record is well over 400 now and with the line of scrimmage move back, this seems to be essentially unbreakable.

What other record held by a Pat is more likely to stand?

Most passes completed in Super Bowls, career: Tom Brady 164. That is 74 more than 2nd place.

He also holds the record for most completions in a single Super Bowl game: 37 in 2015. That will be tough to break, but it is possible.

Anybody close currently playing on the extra point list? That would be the only way to break it.

Pretty optimistic- that would take two more seasons after this one, where he has to go at least 13-3 in one, and 12-4 in another, assuming this season ends at 15-1.

Your not counting playoff wins.

Most completions by a winning QB, that is. Otherwise guys like Goober get their garbage time stats and best it. Goober already had the record, and I think he still owns it if you include completions to the other team. Classic Goober, setting records in the midst of epic failure on the biggest stage.

I agree that with the rule change, the PAT record will be very hard to break.

I agree, but they'll begin counting the record post-rule change, I'm guessing. Like how pre-superbowl records are categorically different, or post-salary cap, or post-12 (or whatever it was) schedule, etc.

Most touchdown passes from a player with the first name Tom and the surname Brady.

Another record that should endure:
Photo shoots with goats.........1................TB12 (unless someone asks Edelman to be in a photo shoot)

Although he's already listed as officially holding the record with the pre and post rule change count combined.

Willie McGinest... 16 playoff sacks in 18 games.

Terell Suggs has 12, but I think he's almost done.

This is a tough record to break.

It's extremely unlikely that the Ravens see the play-offs this year..

I'm pretty sure that Suggs has taken photos with goats, just not for a magazine shoot.

That's a good thought. The biggest threat is the Jests' Nick Folk, who at age 31 has 311 in a row (he's never missed one). So if Ghost were to miss one this week, that would mean Folk would need to hit well over 100 in a row, which is going to be very tough but is possible.

There are a handful of guys in the low to mid 200's, ages ranging from 30 to 39.

Probably not: XPs used to be ~10 yards long before they moved the goal posts out of the end zone(!), and they don't track the pre-adjustment records.

Hate to be a downer but if the nfl is still relevent 100's to 1000's years from now every record will be broken. There will always be advancement unless it's not relevent.

Most snow removed by a prison inmate for a game-winning field goal ever-Mark Henderson.

NFL will be extremely lucky if it lasts another 100 years.

A regular season record that I consider the most important is the win percentage. Brady's win percentage is
77.6%. What that means is that Brady has won 12.41 games per season over his entire career. For a fan of this team that is so sweet. The next best is Manning at 68.2% (10.91 games/season), which by itself is incredibly impressive in the free agency era.
I think Brady's win percentage record will be durable (unless somebody comes along to post a great win percentage over a very short career)
