Hopefully it will be at least one of them...Gronkowski/Amendola/LaFell is certainly not a bad trio, but they aren't good enough on their own to slice through good defenses. I do like the word Gronkdolafell though.

Amendola and LaFell will not make teams pay for not double teaming them the way Edelman and Lewis did. You might see Gronkowski get triple teamed quite a bit now as well. A solid fourth option would make a huge difference.

Dobson. Has made good with the opportunitys he has been given. I expect more targets now.

Martin if healthy as a slot wr

What you saw is what you get. Since we have seen less of Martin, perhaps he has the greatest potential to surprise. I think he is the most likely candidate to take JE11's position, and also the most likely to get some YAC/playmaking that we lost with Lewis and Edelman. I don't see these guys as the kinds of playmakers we lost, so I do not expect the same offensive production. Winning by 1 is fine.

Martin wouldn't count as a suprise. He's looked like he belongs every time he's out there. I'm going with James White once he doesn't have to pickup blitzes on every play.

I think White. Martin will see more time, yes, but they need to go to different places to replace Edelman and Lewis' production. I think (hope) White is the guy that will surprise.

I gotta say Martin even though IMO it wouldnt be that much of a surprise to me. Before he picked up the injury him and Brady seemed to be establishing a rapport

TD where Brady kept the play alive scrambling and Martin saw it and broke off for Brady
Made a great 3rd down catch against Dallas
Had a 40 yard catch against the dolts

.

This has got to be Dobson's time to shine in light of the Edelman injury. I don't want all of his responsibilities falling to Amendola, because it's important Amendola stay healthy and fresh. He's one of our proven postseason clutch performers.

Dobson has to fill the void Edelman leaves and produce his share of 1st downs.

Bump.

Chandler already HAS surprised me...

White and Martin are going to play well. Dobson will continue to do very little.

I said none. I would note that the #3 WR has averaged 2 catches a game over the 2013 and 2014 seasons. With LaFell, Amendola, Gronk and Chandler out there, I don't expect a lot of catches from the #3 WR. That being said, Martin and Dobson will have their chances to contribute.

dobson will get so nervous that he'll drop all of his passes..

OLine gets health and Brady goes intermediate to long ball with LaFell and Dobson.

Seriously, like I would know the answer to this. My guess is we'll have different players step up at various times. Team offense with solid contributions from Gronk and Amendola.

I agree that Martin appears ready to step up provided good health. He's fast and seems to have picked up the play book quickly.

Sorry, White is a dud. IMO.

I think he needs more reps with Brady to get in sync. But, I think Brady will have to spend more time with Amendola now that Edelman is out.

No one in the regular season; the contributions will be spread around.

Rather, it will be whichever one happens to have his career game in the postseason, like Jermaine Wiggins or Shane Vereen.
