The "hug"......embarrassing!!!!

Worked in corporate America at the VP level. You can "get along" as needed with people whom you despise or who do you wrong without the hugs. A polite hello or a handshake does just fine when you must encounter each other or work together. I know that were I to hug (or some other insincere demonstrative act) those in power who were overtly out to get me I could not have slept at night or looked in a mirror in the morning. I valued my self respect and personal integrity more than the possible or maybe not gains that overt brown-nosing that might have given me.

When sell yourself out to advance your cause by being a corporate brown nose, your peers and most importantly those who work for you are thinking (correctly) that you are equally insincere in your interactions with them.

I once respected Kraft.

kraft is a befuddled tool. Bon Jovi was the kid in the school yard waiting to see if something was going down. two ****ies hugged and worked it out. Yeah right.

It's a GREAT point. Where is the "self respect" with the Krafts?? Robert professes his love for Tom Brady, calls him a son, and then endorses the very man (and his NFL office cabal who ALL still have their jobs) who has gone over and above his past behaviors as Commish to smear that "son" and to hurt that HC and by extension the team on the field by taking away draft picks.
The Kraft's love their power and their money above all else.

That pic makes me mad. I'm with Bon Jovi. The Krafts continuing to suck up to this guy (or even worse, not even be mad at him) is sickening. Money rules, obviously.

I hated seeing that after all he the crap he has done, I feel worse that Bon Jovi had the experience that crap, a simple handshake at best would have been better, of course after Jonathan picked his nose and ass and balls!

This is no surprise at all. Remember when Kraft went to the meeting and gave Goodell a brotherly hug one day before his nauseating surrender? Tells you all you needed to know. Most of us didn't kid ourselves into thinking "it's part of the plan".

They're obviously still buddy, buddy. That tough guy act at the beginning of the season was just that - an act. He's playing both sides and that speech, where he didn't even so much as reference Goodell by name, was so he wouldn't get boo'ed opening night. A handshake or a wave and nod would have worked. These two are still tight with each other. Think about it - this gutless wonder just hugged the ******* that tried to ruin his GOAT quarterback's (the man that has single handedly made Bob millions upon millions of dollars since 2001) reputation and career. Kraft is scum.

WTF, How can such smart people do this crap and "spit in our faces". The Kid most of all, he needs to understand that in 3 or 4 years when BB/Brady are gone, they can not count on the fans turnign a blind eye to this crap. At least be dicreet about it and not just throw it in our faces.

Maybe the Krafts think the interest in the Pats is not all about TFB and BB.

I think that's how they do it in the billionaires/powerful men club. You see it all the time, in history even. Their allegiance is to money. They may hate each other but they need to use each other.

All i'm saying is the hug is not a personal thing. They are using each other for sure. It's a show. An act of unity makes them more money when sponsors see it. If there's instability, both of them lose out.
