Last year, mediots were salivating to write TFB's obituary after the KC game. A Globe writer called it the Great Garoppolo Uprising of 2014. Will we see one for PManning?

I hope not. That would be a good thing for the Broncos at this point.

Unlike Brady, Manning has shown clearly he is declining for some time now. The rest of his team has been bailing him out and making him look good these past few years. He gets some nice throws in and he is still good at reading defenses and all, but his body is breaking down.

I wouldn't be shocked if last night was the last time Manning is the starter QB of the Broncos. He most certainly will retire after this season.

I look forward to the day I don't have to hear "omaha" again

I know the tin man is banged up, but that was the most putrid stat line I've ever seen today. He's been the worst QB in the NFL all year.

It must be brutal to be a Denver fan right now. That defense is so good that I could name 15 QB's right now that would turn them into the SB favorites. You don't want to waste a shot like that.

They gotta give Brock a trial run.

On a night where Manning broke the passing yards record, he had (probably) his worst game as a football player. As much as we pick on Manning, I think many of us respect his abilities (just not the ball washing by the media).

Tough thing that every time someone mentions his passing yards, a game where he was benched and threw for a 0.0 PR is what he'll recall too.

Will the commercials ever stop???

Great players know when to walk away while they still can..

There will be a tendency to excuse or minimize his recent troubles..

This is Osweiler's 4th year, so it's the last year of his rookie deal. Best to not only improve the position now, but figure out if he's deserving of a new contract for next season. They should bench Manning, but I doubt they will.

I don't think Kubiak has the balls to do it.

Ideal situation for Denver would be for Manning to pull a "Mike Schmidt" and turn it over to Brock. In the midst of his last season as a Phillie, he realized his skills were declining and didn't want to be remembered as a shell of himself so he retired in the middle of a season...I could never see Peyton doing that ( thought he likely should) especially if last night would be his last game 5/20 with 4 ints...

I can only hope that Denver will continue to run out a QB with a 67.6 passer rating from now until the end of time!

Chicago could be the nail in the coffin for the goober. It sucks to see even though i am not the biggest fan.

I have no sympathy for Broncos fans, they have been some of the loudest hypocrites in accusing the Pats of cheating.

As for Manning, the Broncos fans took too much pride in his accomplishments for them, and seemed to forget that left to their own devices, they had Tebow as their QB.

They just lucked into a ready made HOFer with Manning.

Always hated Manning no matter who he played for but man watching him now is just sad. I think we see him held out next week citing injury. If Brock somehow goes off that will continue. If Brock fails they will trot him back out but its really sad to see how far he fell so fast.

Goober has already been confirmed as 'out' against Chicago, possibly out against us as well.

I would prefer to see Manning.....for some reason the Pats struggle with guys filling in.

Oh and brock was calling out "Omaha" yesterday....

this sucks, the broncos are going to get a huge cap relief if pey pey goes away.

This osweiler guy could be a stud. He definitely has an arm.
