When u gave Collins missing 2 games with "illness" I'm expecting a broken ankle & IR

It was an ankle injury correct? The way he was walking I can't imagine he tore some thing or broke anything. But shoot I'm no doctor.

They said "foot" on TV but who knows.

I never realized how important Edleman is to our team...hope he is ok and gets back real soon!!!!

Yep I firmly believe Jules is the difference between SB/No SB. He may be more crucial than Gronk at the end of business.

Every week we lose somebody. It's just ridiculous. I wonder who goes next week? Butler?

without edelman, we dont win the sb...too much to overcome.
lewis/edelman are two of our top 3 receivers...

If he broke his ankle he wouldn't be walking on it. Hoping sprain and not a tear of some kind.

Nobody mentioned x-rays either. He walked off the field and walked to the locker room.

Edelman would have returned if this was the SB but since there is months left of the season they probably iced it and started treating it immediately so it didn't swell up and get even worse.

You only have to be good enough to beat the Bengals. They're the only real obstacle for us in the AFC. You never know though once the playoffs start. Panthers are the class of the other conference but they aren't an OMG good team.

The odd thing is he limped a bit but otherwise he put a lot of weight on it seemingly. Then again Edelman is also one tough SOB so you can't tell for sure.

loyko mentioning jones fracture..thats what dez had.
would be horrible..

please just be a mild sprain. with our bad injury luck so far..im not optimistic.

We just need Julian to come back this year. I think we can survive without him for a while, he just needs toast least be back by the end of the year.

If he fractured his foot, it could be possible to get back for a playoff run.

My first thought was it was a twisting foot injury, like what he had before. I think his helmet slam was an indication of his recognition of the injury. Fingers crossed I'm wrong.

Hope we get him back by the playoffs, at the very latest.
