To get through this year I like Thomas; however with Blount a FA after this year I'd be interested in them signing Turbin and giving him a half season look as a possible keeper for next year.

Personally i think Turbin fits better for what we like to do good pass blocker is a more powerful runner not as quite accomplished of a receiver but im more confident if Blount goes down that Turbin can help fill the void.

Have the people asking for Turbin ever actually seen him play? He's garbage.

I respectfully disagree. I like Turbin, he played quite well for Seattle last year. Runs hard and is tough to tackle. Don't know if he's gonna catch the ball a lot though.

Turbin is a little intriguing- I'm not totally sure how he would fit with us, but there's talent there, even if he's never put it together. Maybe Belichick can figure out how to use it better than the Seahawks ever did. Probably more of a Blount backup than anything if he signs. He's intriguing in kinda the same way that James White is, though: in an entirely unproven way, that isn't really backed up by anything he's actually done on the field. Neither of them are Dion Lewis, who before breaking out spent the entire preseason demonstrating that he was had a unique skillset that nobody else on the roster could match.

As for Thomas... he used to be really good, but the fact that the 49ers cut him to sign Cadet seems telling. Maybe they're just idiots that didn't realize what they had, but it seems more likely to me that he's pretty much done.

turbins last game with CLE (vs AZ) he fumbled twice out of three carries..that was enough to say adios apparently

Turbin sucks. Pierre Thomas used to be a hugely underrated, excellent receiving back but he's probably done.

Sign another safety!!!
