I'm sure he's a decent guy and I'm certain he believe he's acting in the best interests of his team and his players but as a Head Coach, he's an inept, loudmouth arsehole.

He's actually not a decent guy. he's funny, but he's just an a hole like his father.

Rex likes "spirited" players like Enemkpali.. he may add to the only category that the Bills lead the league in, most penalties... a dubious distinction.

How can anybody not love Rex?*
