ESPN Writer Compares Greg Hardy Supporters To Patriots Fans Who Defended Tom Brady In DeflateGate

Deflategate still has me riled up all these months later. There has to be some way to clear the Patriots of illegal tampering. The numbers are there, the science is there, and there's no official platform left to clear the matter. I can only hope something is done after Brady is cleared in court, but today I'm simply filled with disgust over public perception.

I think that is up to Roger Goodell, and the other owners.

He has his heels dug in that the Pats are guilty, and like any hater, will not listen to anything that will alter his opinion .

For the owners, they have succeeded in gaining a competitive advantage over the Pats.

In other words, they cheated.

I made the mistake of going back and watching coverage of this whole mess. I'm seeing red.

Goodell is a fraud. Literally a fraud. I want to see him exposed, sued, and fired in disgrace.

Please stop giving that website clicks. We will all be better for it. Eventually they will have to go out of business...

This woman has zero credibility.

I refuse to even acknowledge her idiotic correlation of the two issues.

Shes better off trying to compare ISIS to the Girl Scouts.

So yet ANOTHER Rats fan working for the NFL*/ESPN.

I'm shocked, shocked I say.
Another Rat to add to the list. The Jest flunky Hall of Shame grows larger.

As a matter of principle, I don't read (1) ESPN or (2) women sports writers so I really can't comment.

Listening and/or reading the supposedly 'male' sportswriters on subjects like this blurs the distinctions. There's a whole lot of pearl clutching going on in sports reporting today, and it's pretty damned tough to find a rational person among the lot.

Then again, that sort of nonsense has permeated pretty much every profession and area.

There were a lot of posts defending Aaron Hernandez. I don't feel like digging them up, but we have our jackasses, too.

There were no posts defending Hernandez. That's just BS on your part. There were posts that said to.take a wait and see attitude.

Actually, her point cuts both ways.

Fans will blindly attack as well, not only defend.

So her point is moot.

Since fans will adopt any stance, attack or defend, what we should focus on is an evaluation of the facts.

Sadly, the outfit she works for is one of the worst when it comes to that, which makes her a hypocrite for not attacking ESPN.

Yeah, okay, I lied about it just to look cool.

The truth is that we have the only fan base composed of nothing but rational people. Double

Livinlovinbreathingbrady dosent count since she is an uneducated POS.

At least find one poster who dosent literally probably smoke crack. I dont recall anyone supporting AH after he was up for murder or whenever it was over for him. Sure after he got arrested there may have been a few that said lets wait and see. That is all I remember.

Battered woman. Slight football deflation. Same thing.

Guilty. Not guilty. Same thing.

Say something outrageous. Get a few more clicks. Ho-hum.

Well, 50% is ok I guess.......Dude, Larry Bird told Magic that he wanted Jackie Macmullan to author their book. I think those two could have had anyone they wanted.

Look, I've already wasted more time on this than is reasonable. There were a handful of people just like LLBB defending Hernandez, and at least one positing that he was framed, I'm pretty sure. Believe me or don't, I don't care.

The point is that we have our dipshits, too.
